1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our WSP CRM platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this application.

2. License and Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our WSP CRM software strictly in accordance with your active subscription. You agree NOT to:

Modify, copy, adapt, or reverse-engineer any portion of the CRM code.
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to send unsolicited messages (spam).
Attempt to bypass or violate any built-in security systems or rate limit restrictions.
Access or compile customer records utilizing unauthorized automated tools.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to the CRM dashboard.

4. Data Ownership & Security

You retain all rights and ownership to the lead lists and client records uploaded to your account. WSP CRM will process your customer data solely to provide the services described, employing bank-grade encryption protocols and strict access controls.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WSP CRM, its co-founders, or its employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the platform services.
